Far East Organization

Far East Organization (FEO) is one of the earliest established property developer in Singapore, also a Christian enterprise. The Group developed their first residential projects in 1960, the real estate group has established its presence as one of the experience developer and won numerous awards. Some of the prominent residential projects includes The Scott Towers, Orchard Scott, Silversea and One Holland Village.

Beside developing residential properties, Far East Organization also developed hotel and commercial, managing multiple properties under their portfolio. The Reserve Residences is the next upcoming mixed-use development in District 21.

Sino Group

Sino Group was established in the 1970s as the sister company of Far East Organization. The Group is a leading property developer in Hong Kong with over 250 projects covers a total area over 130 million sq. ft. in their investment and property development portfolio. The main core business comprises developing residential properties, industrial, offices and retail properties in countries such as China (Hong Kong and Mainland), Singapore and Australia.
