The rare site is a mixed-development located at the junction of Upper Bukit Timah Road and Jalan Jurong Kechil. The mixed-development is 3.22 ha, integrated to Beauty World MRT station which can build up a maximum gross floor area (GFA) of 96,555 square metres (sq m).
